UMI lecturers provide legal counseling on the use of information and electronic transactions in Jeneponto

Legal Counseling on the Use of Information and Electronic Transactions as part of the Activities of the Indonesian Muslim University Community Service Institute in 2024. The implementing team for this service activity is Dr. Hj. Anggreany Arief, SH., MH as Chair and Dr. H. Azwad Rachmat Hambali, SH., MH as member. What is done by the chairman and members is to jointly participate in this service process so that community service activities can run as planned.

Community service activities are carried out at the Bangkala District Head Office, which is located in Takalar Regency. This service activity has been carried out in accordance with the schedule and details of activities that have been previously determined and agreed upon. The following is a series of times and activities that were carried out on Wednesday, September 4 2024 at the Bangkala District Head Office, Jeneponto Regency.

In the activity "Legal Counseling on the Use of Information and Electronic Transactions" the organizing committee invited the presenters, namely Dr. Hj. Anggreany Arief, SH., MH. The next activity is a question and answer process related to land legality problems faced by training participants. This aims to understand the use of information and electronic transactions. Next, find the obstacles to the problem and how to find a solution to solve the problem. After the questions and answers were finished, the presenter gave a post-test, to measure the level of acceptance and understanding of the participants during this training activity.

After carrying out legal education activities on the use of information and electronic transactions, various problems and obstacles were found, as follows: Lack of knowledge in the village community regarding the use of information and electronic transactions. This can be seen from several problems in the use of information and electronic transactions in society. The compatibility between the use of information and electronic transactions and the planning and objectives of village funds is not yet appropriate, because not all village fund allocation programs are realized well. This is due to a lack of experience in good work planning.
