
Duties (Job Description) Chairman of LPkM UMI
- Create activity plans and coordinate their implementation;
- Determine the division of tasks for each UMI personnel and service institution;
- Determine various policies relevant to institutional tasks;
- Responsible for all policies and activities implemented by the institution;
- Provide guidelines and instructions as well as motivation to all staff in carrying out daily tasks;
- Supervise personnel in carrying out Institution activities;
- Coaching all staff in improving their performance, careers and work achievements;
- Fostering Ukhuwah Islamiyah and increasing the sense of responsibility among personnel and trying to improve the welfare of its personnel;
- Carrying out evaluation, innovation and development of various activities carried out by the Institution;
- Establishing harmonious cooperative relationships with various agencies, both private and government in carrying out community service.
