In order to increase the competitiveness and marketing capacity of transportation business actors in the digital era, the LPkM Community Service Institute of Indonesian Muslim University UMI Makassar, in collaboration with Azizulzizou Trading, successfully carried out community service activities entitled "Optimizing Digital Marketing Strategies to Increase Transportation Turnover Through Structured Training" in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This activity was led by Dr. Ackhriansyah Ahmad Gani, SE., MM. as Head of the Service Team, followed by dozens of business actors and marketing managers from various transportation companies operating in the Kuala Lumpur area and surrounding areas.

Dr. Ackhriansyah Ahmad Gani said strengthening the capacity of transportation business actors through the use of digital technology is an important step to face global competition. "The marketing transformation from conventional to digital cannot be postponed. With a structured approach, business actors can expand market reach, increase turnover and build a more professional business image," he said.

This training presents intensive material covering social media-based digital promotion strategies, data-driven marketing techniques, digital advertising management, creative content management, and search engine optimization (SEO). Participants were also provided with hands-on practice sessions to design digital marketing campaigns that suit the characteristics of their business.

This activity took place with high enthusiasm from the participants, who considered this training to be very relevant and applicable in responding to the challenges of the current transportation industry. They also appreciated the synergy between LPkM UMI and Azizulzizou Trading which has opened up opportunities for cross-country collaboration in human resource development.

Through this service program, it is hoped that transportation business actors in Kuala Lumpur can become more adaptive to digital technology, expand their marketing network, and make a significant contribution to regional economic growth.
