Development of micro and small businesses in Salassae Village, District. Bulukumpa District. Bulukumba

This activity was motivated by the large number of village communities who played a rolemicro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who run their businesses to supportfamily economic life with various businesses based on local potential, such as animal husbandry,snack production, crafts, and daily trade. The main aim of this activityis to provide knowledge to the "Matahari" Farming Women's Group who are doing other thingsapart from helping their husbands farm, there are 30 people in Salassae Village, DistrictBulukumpa Bulukumba Regency on Sunday, September 14 2025, to openinsight into business governance and providing technical assistance in running itbusiness because the actors are hampered by low literacy about business management,product packaging quality, limited marketing access, minimal use of digital technology,and there is no financial recording either manually or using an applicationfinances so that the results of the business they run can be obtained optimally.

Through this activity, MSME players are not only given knowledge aboutbusiness management but they are also assisted technically in making business proposalsso that they can use banking facilities for MSME players if they want to add morecapital through partnerships with third parties, apart from that, they are also provided with knowledgeabout quality packaging as well as training on how to do extensive marketingwithout demographic restrictions by utilizing digital technology and using applicationsfinance.

Based on this, the service team carries out community service activities in the Department
Accounting as chairman and the Management Department as members organize activitiesto the community "Development of Micro and Small Enterprises in Salassae Village, DistrictBulukumpa, Bulukumba Regency.” This form of service is carried out through educational activitiesand training in making business proposals as well as direct practice in marketing throughsocial media as well as the use of financial applications as well as an explanation of the packagingquality. With this activity, the knowledge and skills of partners will increaserunning their business is expected to increase.

RESULTS OF ACTIVITIES
A review of the results of the activities shows an increase in knowledge for the perpetratorsMSMEs in understanding business management and quality packaging. As well asskills, showing an increase in skills in making business proposalsas well as marketing through social media and using financial applications. ParticipationThe activeness and enthusiasm of the participants during the activity was very high, showing thatThis training succeeded in increasing participants' insight and skills in understanding aboutbusiness management and quality packaging as well as online marketing as wellcreate business proposals and financial reports by utilizing financial applications.

1. Providing material in the form of presentations regarding business management
2. Providing education about the importance of making quality packaging and maintaining itproduct quality
3. Practicing directly how to make business and digital marketing proposals as wellusing financial applications

CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the discussion and evaluation of the activities carried out, you canIt was concluded that community service activities were carried out through givingmaterial about business management and then educate about the importance of making good packagingquality and maintain product quality as well as providing training and manufacturing assistancebusiness proposals and digital marketing as well as using financial applications for actorsMSMEs in Salassae Village, Bulukumpa District, Bulukumba Regency for developmenttheir efforts, showing high interest and awareness for the participants to continuedevelop knowledge and skills in running his business, so that he can make a profitIt is hoped that this can be achieved optimally so that the economy in their area can grow togetherimproving the welfare of the family which is supported by the business being run. Training methodseffective ones in the form of presentations, demonstrations, direct practice, and interactive discussions providein-depth understanding for the participants. Overall, the program was a successincrease the knowledge capacity and skills of MSME actors in managingbusiness in a more professional and sustainable manner but discussion is still limited towider marketing with digital utilization and use of financial applications.
