Duties (Job Description) UMI Secretary 

  1. Assist the Head of the Institution in carrying out his duties for the smooth running of the institution's activities in achieving targets;
  2. Carry out administrative activities, both internally and externally, for the activities and interests of the Institution;
  3. Securing the institution's important administrative archives and ensuring their confidentiality;
  4. Receive incoming letters  and  check  them  before forwarding them to the Head of the Institution;
  5. Prepare a draft disposition reply letter, as well as prepare letters from the institution for follow-up;
  6. Provide suggestions and considerations to the Head of the Institution in making decisions and policies;
  7. Acting on behalf of the Chairman and/or representing the Chairman if appointed or at any time the Chairman of the Institution is absent;
  8. Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors (Head of Institution) related to the development of service institutions;
