UMI's Leading PKM Team conducted Construction Project Scheduling Training using Microsoft Project Software for Engineering Personnel in collaboration with CV. Beautiful Malta

Team leader Ir. Suriati Abd. Muin, ST., MT along with Member Ir. Rizki Ayu Saraswati, ST., MT and Ir. Sattar, S.Pd, ST, M.Sc, Ph.D carries out PKM which aims to educate and practice directly how to operateMicrosoft project softwareto create project scheduling because in the digital era and developments in the world of construction, a program is needed that can design project scheduling in a practical, effective and efficient manner.  

Also in this training, the PKM team provided a Tutorial Module to participants as a reference and guide when operatingMS Projectin accordance with the project plan to be implemented.

Construction Project Scheduling Training usingMicrosoft Project SoftwareIt is hoped that it can increase understanding and make it easier to prepare and create project schedules, accelerate the duration of project work, determine the critical path of the project and be able to see more clearly the relationship between each project work item as a whole. This can help consultants and contractors, especially engineering and technical personnelEngineeryoung to further improvesoft skillswhich relates to more practical and detailed project management. So that it can minimize delays in the implementation of construction projects.

The PKM team would like to express its thanks to the leadership of the Indonesian Muslim University, the chairman of LPkM and his staff and the leadership of the Faculty of Engineering who have facilitated the implementation of this PKM activity.
