Universitas Muslim Indonesia mendampingi UMKM Pentol.in Maros sebagai Mitra untuk Pengenalan Produk Mie-Diabet

Indonesian Muslim University accompanies UMKM Pentol.in Maros as a Partner for the Introduction of Mie-Diabet Products

As part of the Indonesian Muslim University's commitment to Community Service Institutions (LPkM UMI) to improve people's quality of life, I am collaborating with UMKM Pentol.in in a community service program to introduce a new health food-based product called Mie-Diabet. This program aims to encourage people to live healthier lifestyles, especially those who suffer from diabetes, and also to strengthen the role of MSMEs in developing healthy food products.

Every year, the number of people suffering from diabetes mellitus increases. Unhealthy food is a very important part. Cheap and healthy food is the best solution in this case. Mie-Diabet meets the nutritional needs of diabetes and general people who want to maintain stable blood sugar levels. This is a food that is high in fiber and low in sugar. The aim of this program is to increase public awareness of the importance of managing food and consuming healthy foods to prevent diabetes. Pentol.in's enhanced MSME capabilities enable them to develop, sell and market health goods. The Indonesian Muslim University can help in the development of new local products made with local ingredients that are healthy and of high value. To inform the public about Mie-Diabet products, seminars, outreach and publications can be used.ย

Apart from that, the advantages of MSME products attract new markets in expanding market segments by offering health products that suit the needs of modern society. This also enhances Pentol.in's reputation as a local pioneer in health-based food innovation. In terms of product financing and marketing, there are opportunities to collaborate with local governments and health institutions. Attending training and seminars on healthy eating patterns, diabetes risk, and the role of functional food products is a plan to implement education to the public in the future. The Faculty of Pharmacy, Indonesian Muslim University started a local event to introduce Mie-Diabet to the public.

To create successful production methods, labels and digital marketing strategies, MSMEs must be assisted. It is hoped that the closure of this community service program will strengthen the local economy and overcome public health problems through empowering MSMEs. Collaboration with small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Pentol.in is a form of cooperation that helps the growth of the local economy and society as a whole. Mie-Diabet products show that local food innovation can help with health problems as well as open up business opportunities. We ask everyone to support this campaign which aims to make Indonesia a healthier and more independent country.
