UMI Lecturers Empower SDN 127 Moncongloe Students through Digital Literacy

Makassar, 1 October 2024 – In an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, Lecturers at the Indonesian Muslim University (UMI) have once again shown their concern. Through the Beginner Service program organized by the UMI Community Service Institute (LPKM), Lecturers Mrs. A.Ulfah Tenripada, S.Kom., M.Kom and Mrs. Hariani Ma'tang along with 2 UMI students Nursyamsi and Tria carried out community service activities at SDN 127 Inpres Moncongloe. This activity, which will take place on October 1 2024, focuses on increasing the digital literacy of grade 5 students.

With the title "Building Digital Literacy in Elementary School SDN 127 Inpres Moncongloe Through the Information Technology Education Program", the service team from UMI provided a basic understanding of information technology to students. This activity includes an introduction to computer devices, the internet, and the use of technology in learning.
