Duties (Job Description) Head of Administration for LPkM UMI

  1. Carry out secretarial and administrative activities;
  2. Assist the secretary in carrying out the Institution's duties;
  3. Prepare administrative materials and take inventory of the institution's daily activities;
  4. Assist and collaborate with the secretary in preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual activity reports;
  5. Prepare agenda and expedition books for recipients of letters issued by the Institution;
  6. Organize the  distribution of letters sent  by the institution;
  7. Organize the implementation system for filling out documents in accordance with specified guidelines;
  8. Arranging invitation services and the like;
  9. Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors;
  10. Prepare staff and management absence books;
  11. Create work activity reports.
