
Duties (Job Description) Head of Administration for LPkM UMI
- Carry out secretarial and administrative activities;
- Assist the secretary in carrying out the Institution's duties;
- Prepare administrative materials and take inventory of the institution's daily activities;
- Assist and collaborate with the secretary in preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual activity reports;
- Prepare agenda and expedition books for recipients of letters issued by the Institution;
- Organize the distribution of letters sent by the institution;
- Organize the implementation system for filling out documents in accordance with specified guidelines;
- Arranging invitation services and the like;
- Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors;
- Prepare staff and management absence books;
- Create work activity reports.
