
LPkM UMI Holds MONEV PKM DRTPM KEMDIKBUDRISTEK 2023
LPkM-UMI, Makassar โ The Indonesian Muslim University Community Service Institute (LPkM-UMI) is holding internal monitoring and evaluation (MONEV) in the context of implementing the 2023 Phase I Community Service Progress Report (PKM) funded by the Directorate of Research, Technology and Community Service, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (DRTPM KEMDIKBUDRISTEK) Phase I and taking place in the LPkM-UMI hall, 3rd Floor, UMI Tower, Jalan Urip Sumoharjo KM 5, on Wednesday (6 September 2023).
This activity was opened by the Chair of LPkM-UMI, Mr. Prof. Dr. H. Achmad Gani, SE., M.Si accompanied by LPkM-UMI Secretary Dr. Ir. Rustam, MS and Head of the Center for Innovation and Competitiveness LPkM-UMI Pratiwi Juniar A. G., ST., M.Sc. In his speech, he stated that this activity is a routine activity scheduled in the series of implementation of the PKM DRTM KEMDIKBUDRISTEK program. Apart from the MONEV activities that we carry out to report directly on the progress of activities, we also carry out activities that involve visiting PKM locations and meeting directly with activity partners.

"For 2023, Alhamdulillah, UMI passed 22 PKM proposals funded by DRTPM KEMDIKBUDRISTEK out of 41 proposals submitted. 15 proposals passed in Phase I and 7 titles in phase II. Of the 22 proposals were divided into 21 proposals for the Community Partnership Empowerment scheme and 1 proposal for the Assisted Village Empowerment scheme which will last for several years to the next 3 years. This is also a positive result. we get because we have carried out activitiescoaching proposalsup to 2 times and bringing in speakers from the center in October 2022 and January 2023"
On this occasion, 15 Service Teams who passed Phase I were attended and each of them explained the progress of implementing activities with their respective partners and the percentage of output that had been produced. 85% of the service team has completed activities with its partners and will carry out international seminar activities in mid-September 2023. Apart from that, the service team that has receivedLetter of Acceptance (LoA)will wait for the article to be published in November 2023 as the end of this activity to prepare the final report again.
The Secretary and Head of Innovation and Competitiveness of LPkM-UMI at the end of the event said that it is their hope that the Service Team will continue and invite colleagues to prepare proposals in order to submit funding proposals for 2024. This is to support the increasing position of UMI in the ranking of proposal recipients within the scope of Region IX Higher Education Service Institutions (LLDIKTI).
