TRAINING AND SOCIALIZATION ON THE MANUFACTURE OF ENZYMATIC-BASED LIQUID DETERGENTS FOR CREATIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TOWARDS POPULATION COMMUNITIES IN SELANGOR, KUALALUMPUR, MALAYSIA

At Sri Bayu Apartment, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, service teamled by Prof. Dr. Hj. Jeni Kamase, SE., M.Sc. organizeactivity "Training and Socialization on Making Liquid Detergent BasedEnzymatic for Creative Economy Development"
This activity is part of UMI's efforts to encouragecreating environmentally friendly product innovations that have economic valuehigh, while providing entrepreneurial opportunities for the communitylocal. This training was enthusiastically attended by dozens of participants fromSri Bayu Apartment Residents Association, which is a partner inimplementation of this service.
In his speech, Prof. Dr. Hj. Jeni Kamase, SE., M.Sc. confirmService activities aim to instill awareness thatCreative economic development can start from the use of technologysimple and environmentally friendly.
“We want to show that through creativity and innovation,society can produce products that are not only useful,but also highly competitive in the market," said Prof. Jeni.
The team consisting of Dr. Muh. Aripin, SE., MP. and Dr. Ilham, S.E., M.Sc.revealed that the training material included an introduction to detergent conceptsenzymatics, understanding the function of enzymes (such as protease, lipase, and amylase)in cleaning stains, as well as direct practice of the manufacturing processliquid detergent. Participants are invited to understand ingredients, measurements, techniquesmixing, to packaging products that are ready to be marketed.
This activity also provides insight into marketing strategies andmanagement of household-based small businesses, so that the participantsIt is hoped that they will be able to develop an independent business after the trainingfinished. The enzymatic detergent products produced are not only friendlyenvironment, but also has high added value because it is in accordance withsustainable product market trends.
The implementation of this training received a positive response from the Sri communityBayu Apartment. They hope that similar activities can continueand developed into other skill areas so that there are more and more of thembusiness opportunities created.
This service activity is clear evidence of the synergy between institutionshigher education in Indonesia and communities abroadin advancing the creative economy. Through the transfer of knowledge,skills, and ongoing assistance, are expected by the communitycan become more empowered and economically independent.
