66th Agrarian and Spatial Planning Day Ceremony, LPKM UMI Signs Cooperation Agreement with ATR/BPN South Sulawesi Province
Makassar, 24 September 2026โ South Sulawesi Province Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) implements66th Agrarian and Spatial Planning Day (HANTARU) Commemoration Ceremonyon Thursday, September 24 2026. This activity took place at the ATR/BPN Office of South Sulawesi Province and was combined withsigning of the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between ATR/BPN South Sulawesi Province and a number of universities.
This activity is a momentum to strengthen synergy and collaboration between government institutions and universities in supporting the implementation of tasks and programs in the agrarian and spatial planning fields.
In this series of activities, it was also carried outsigning of the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between ATR/BPN South Sulawesi Province and Indonesian Muslim University (UMI). The signing of the PKS from UMI was carried out byChairman of the Community Service Institute (LPKM) Indonesian Muslim University.
This collaboration is expected to be a strategic step in strengthening the contribution of higher education through implementationeducation, research, community service, as well as other academic and institutional activitieswhich are relevant to the agrarian and spatial fields.
Through collaboration between ATR/BPN South Sulawesi Province and Indonesian Muslim University, it is hoped that stronger synergy will be built in presenting various programs that provide benefits to the community and support sustainable regional development.
The signing of the PKS also reflects UMI's commitment to continue expanding its cooperation network with various government agencies and stakeholders. It is hoped that this synergy will open up space for the academic community to contribute significantly in solving various development problems, especially those related toagrarian, land, spatial planning, and community empowerment.
The commemoration of the 66th Agrarian and Spatial Planning Day is an important momentum to strengthen the spirit of collaboration and improve the quality of services and governance in the agrarian and spatial planning fields. Universities as institutions of education, research and community service have an important role in supporting the realization of agrarian and spatial governance that is oriented towards the interests of society.
With the signing of the Cooperation Agreement,Indonesian Muslim University through LPKMis committed to continuing to take part in strengthening institutional collaboration and making contributions through its expertise and academic resources.
The activity closed with a series of events commemorating the 66th Agrarian and Spatial Planning Day as well as documentation with the parties involved in signing the cooperation.
