Duties (Job Description) of KAPUS Real Work Lectures (KKN), Environment and Cooperation

Ir. Muhammad Yusri Lukman, ST., MT., Ph.D

  1. Assist the Chairman in carrying out duties for the benefit of the institution according to his field;
  2. Assist the Chair in making management activity plans for KKN-Regular/KKN-PPMD/KKN-Profession;
  3. Designing the form of program and management of KKN-Regular/KKN- PPMD/KKN-Profession;
  4. Designing the form of International KKN;
  5. Establishing cooperation between the Provincial Government, City Government/Regency Government, and related agencies in implementing Regular-KKN/KKN-PPMD/Professional-KKN activities
  6. Establishing cooperation with the Regency Government in the field of Community Empowerment and rural development in determining thematic KKN programs and the allocation of Regular KKN;
  7. Establishing collaboration with various universities for the implementation of National Community Service Program;
  8. Evaluate activities that have been carried out by special KKN institutions for consideration of further development;
  9. Acting on behalf of the Chairman and/or representing the Chairman if appointed or at any time the Chairman is absent;
  10. Create a KKN-Regular/PPMD guidebook and coordinate the Faculties that program KKN-Professions to create a guidebook for KKN-Professions (Log Book).

Duties (Job Description) KAPUS Innovation and Competitiveness

Pratiwi Juniar AG., ST, MSc

  1. Assisting institutional leaders in carrying out Community Service duties;
  2. Establishing cooperation with government and private agencies at home and abroad to develop collaborative relationships with institutions;
  3. Evaluating and implementing innovations in various institutional activities for PKM and rural development;
  4. Coordinating the implementation of activities for Lecturers, Assisted Students, Alumni and SPD in relation to rural development (Collaboration with the Head of Da'wah Center);
  5. Preparing for the implementation of the YW-UMI Fostered Partner Village development program and collaborating with several agencies to support the program;
  6. Acting on behalf of the Chairman or representing the Chairman at any time when the Chairman of the Institution is absent and/or specifically appointed for that purpose;
  7. Coordinating Schools/Madrasahs/Islamic Boarding Schools owned by and/or UMI Fostered Partners;
  8. Hold regular meetings with assisted students every semester and create admission criteria;
  9. Regulation of the rights and obligations of assisted students in the form of subsidies only for SPP/BPP according to the group assigned and there are no subsidies for other costs, such as KKN fees, graduation fees, exams and final project seminars and others outside the provisions;
  10. Carrying out training for SPD/TPD development and assisted students;
  11. Carrying out  training for the community in collaboration  with the City/Regency Government;
  12. Registering Alumni and forming an IKA fostered by YW-UMI;
  13. Carrying out a reunion of YW-UMI Assisted Alumni;

Duties (Job Description) KAPUS Partners, Islamic Boarding Schools/Schools and Disaster Management

Dr. Suriyanti Mangkona, SE., MM

  1. Assist leaders in carrying out their duties for the benefit of the institution according to their field;
  2. Assist leaders in making plans for UMI-assisted schools and villages;
  3. Coordinating with the  government  for  plans for the development of Islamic boarding schools;
  4. Coordinating the implementation of activities of lecturers, students, assisted students and SPD in relation to Islamic Syiar;
  5. Improving and developing the quality of religious diversity for rural communities through various forms of training, collaboration with the district government;
  6. Coordinating service activities carried out by Student Affairs Institutions both on and off campus;
  7. Evaluate activities that have been carried out by service institutions related to the field of community service and development;
  8. Acting on behalf of the Chairman or representing the Chairman and secretary at any time, when the chairman and secretary of the Institution are absent and/or specifically appointed for that purpose;
  9. Together with the Head of the Center, empowering Village Partners and collaborating, providing guidance to schools/madrasas/Islamic boarding schools within the scope of YW-UMI;
  10. Empowerment of educational institutions and data collection on YW-UMI Fostered Partner Villages;
  11. Coordinating with other Heads of Campus within the scope of LPKM.
